Owatrol Net-Trol Wood Cleaner and Natural Colour Restorer

Owatrol Net-Trol is a deep-cleaning wood cleaner and brightener, specially formulated to restore greyed, weathered timber to its original, natural colour, without damaging the wood fibres. Ideal for use on both softwood and hardwood, it works by removing surface and ground-in dirt, stains, and discolouration caused by UV exposure and moisture.

Unlike harsh cleaners or sanding, Net-Trol gently lifts grime without the need for labour-intensive prep. In as little as 15 minutes, it revives tired-looking wood, making it brighter, cleaner and ready for oiling, staining or painting.

• Shake the container thoroughly before use.
• Cover any areas you want to protect.

A:Net-Trol isn't a stripper, so it doesn't remove finishes that are in good condition.

A:Yes, except for pressure-treated wood, where the natural color is lost during the treatment process, or if the surface discoloration is due to previous treatments or finishes.

A:Yes. Apply Net-Trol to the entire surface and the surrounding area, then rinse thoroughly. Once the surface is dry, treat the metal to prevent rust from reappearing.

Q: Can I use regular decking cleaners on Accoya decking?

A: No — Accoya's modified wood structure is sensitive to aggressive or alkaline products commonly found in standard decking cleaners. To maintain the wood’s performance and finish, it’s best to use a pH-neutral or slightly acidic cleaner like Net-Trol, applied with a stiff brush and water. Harsh cleaners should be avoided to prevent damage to the wood or coatings.

Faulty Items
