Owatrol Primall Blocking Primer

Owatrol Primall is a fast-drying, multi-purpose primer ideal for sealing problem surfaces and blocking stubborn or unknown stains. It effectively conceals marks caused by water, smoke, fire, food, ink, and more. Suitable for both porous and smooth surfaces, it stabilises and prevents bleed-through without the need for sanding. Primall can even be used on lightly rusted areas, offering anti-corrosive protection and ensuring a clean, even base for topcoats.

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of all dust, grease, oil, wax, excessive chalky material and other surface contamination, which may affect adhesion.
• Remove all loose and flaking material back to a sound surface by sanding and scraping. Wash surface with Soapclean or another suitable cleaning agent, not washing-up detergent.
• Treat and remove any mould with a suitable mould killer.

• Use as is. Do not dilute.
• Stir well before and during use.
• Apply 1 or 2 coats of Primall – coverage will vary depending on application method, type, texture, age and porosity of the surface.

Q: What surfaces can I use Owatrol Primall on?

Ans: Primall is ideal for a wide range of indoor surfaces like walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and cabinets. It can be used on porous materials such as plaster, brick, wood, and cement, as well as on smooth or glossy surfaces like aluminium, PVC, ceramic tiles, and varnished finishes. It may also be applied to sheltered exterior surfaces, though it’s not suitable for fully exposed facades or rough exterior textures like stucco.

Delivery - All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

However, due to their bespoke nature, please allow up to an additional 5 working days to accommodate any potential courier delays or delivery issues before receiving a refund or replacement.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
