Sandtex Trade Xtreme Xposure Smooth Masonry Paint - 5 Litres

Sandtex® Trade X-Treme X-Posure Smooth Masonry paint is a water-based exterior paint that offers ultimate protection against the elements. Formulated to provide up to 20 years of weatherproof protection, it dries quickly to give a high opacity, smooth matt finish. It is a highly flexible and dirt-resistant finish that expands and contracts with the substrate, offering superb protection from the damaging effects of the weather including water and frost damage.

Ideal for use on rendering, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, emulsion or masonry painted surfaces.

Always ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from anything that may affect adhesion.

• Previously painted gloss surfaces will need to be abraded to provide a key.
• Loose or flaking material will need to be removed by scraping or brushing with a stiff bristled brush.
• Remove any organic growth by applying Sandtex Fungicidal Wash in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
• Any surfaces that are porous or chalking should be treated with Sandtex Trade Stabilising Solution prior to the application of Sandtex Trade X-treme X-posure Smooth Masonry paint.

We always recommend performing a test patch to the surface to be decorated to ensure you are happy with the finished results.

• Stir well, always intermix packs in a larger container for colour consistency.
• Apply using a 4-inch brush, exterior roller or airless sprayer.
• If necessary Sandtex Trade X-treme X-posure may be thinned by up to 10% with clean water for airless spray application (21 thou tip 65º angle).
• On new surfaces it may be necessary to dilute the paint with up to 40% clean water followed by two full coats.
• Allow to dry for 2-4 hours between coats, two coats are recommended for maximum durability.
• Do not apply when there is a risk of rain, frost or if the temperature will fall below 7ºC during the application and drying period.

A. It allows moisture vapor to pass through the painted surface, preventing the buildup of condensation and reducing the risk of blistering or damp issues. This breathability helps to maintain the integrity of the underlying masonry and promotes a healthier environment.

Delivery

All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £3.99 for express delivery.

You can now choose some special delivery options. 

• AM Delivery: Get your order by 12pm
  If placed on a working day before 3pm, the AM Delivery will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday AM (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following AM. All orders have a charge of £12.99 for AM delivery.

• Late Cut-Off: Get an extra hour to place your order for Next Working Day delivery.
  Orders placed on a working day before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £5.99 for Late Cut-Off delivery.

• Saturday Delivery: Get your order on Saturday
  Option available on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Saturday. All orders have a charge of £9.95 for Saturday delivery.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland

Returns

We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging.

We always recommend getting samples or contacting us for free of charge colourcharts. We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible however screens variations and different surfaces can alter this. Unfortunately in the event you do not like the colour we are unable to accept the product back if they it has been opened.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you. Please get in touch to discuss these options. If you find fault after 30 days of purchase you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to offer support with the product.
