Sandtex Trade Fine Textured Matt Masonry Paint - 5 Litre

A professional quality, water-based masonry paint designed to offer long-lasting weatherproof protection to most exterior masonry surfaces. Sandtex® Trade Fine Textured Matt Masonry paint has been formulated to prevent the formation of organic growth and provides an anti-carbonation coating to protect against the damaging effects of carbonation on masonry substrates. These qualities keep your exterior masonry looking fresher for longer. It has been reinforced with aggregate for extra strength and protection as the light texture helps prevent hairline cracks from forming and covers blemishes and surface imperfections.

This masonry paint provides excellent coverage and high opacity and is available in a range of colours.

Always ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from anything that may affect adhesion.

• For porous surfaces, apply 1 coat of Sandtex Trade Fine Textured Matt diluted with up to 40% clean water as a primer coat.
• Previously painted gloss surfaces will need to be abraded to provide a key.
• Losse or flaking material will need to be removed by scraping or brushing with a stiff bristled brush.
• Remove any organic growth by applying Sandtex Fungicidal Wash in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
• Any surfaces that are porous or chalking should be treated with Sandtex Trade Stabilising Solution prior to the application of Sandtex Trade Fine Textured Matt Paint.

We always recommend performing a test patch to the surface to be decorated to ensure you are happy with the finished results.

• Stir well, always intermix packs in a larger container for colour consistency.
• Apply using a 4-inch masonry brush or exterior roller, this product is not suitable for spraying due to the added aggregate.
• For maximum durability apply two coats of Sandtex Trade Fine Textured Matt paint, allowing 4-6 hours between each coat.
• Do not apply when there is risk of rain, frost or if the temperature will fall below 8°C during the application and drying period.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
