Ronseal Shed and Fence Preserver is a solvent based exterior wood preserver with an all-in-one formula that preserves and prevents rot. This highly penetrative wood preserver protects against woodworm, decay and wood discolouring fungi. It not only adds colour but waterproofs your wood for long lasting protection.

Preparation
Always ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from any dust, algae, fungi or moss.
• If the wooden panels have been previously stained, painted or varnished, we recommend you strip them back to the bare wood using sandpaper or Ronseal Garden Decking Stripper
• If your shed or fence is affected by algae, fungi or moss brush down with a stiff brush and clean with a garden cleaner
• Decayed wood should be replaced with healthy timber. Replace at least 45cm past the rotted area to get the best results
Application
Before applying stir the product thoroughly and test a small area to ensure colour and adhesion. Colours can vary dependant on surface to be treated.
• Shake the tin well to ensure you get a consistant colour
• For the end grains of your fence, dip them into the preserver so the wood is completely soaked
• For the main sections of your fence panels, apply the stain with a brush
• Allow to dry for 24 hours
• Apply a futher 2 coats leaving 24 hours between each coat
• Avoid contact with bitumen, bitumen felt or mastics and plastics
Note: Always follow the manufacturer instructions found on the tin.
Aftercare & Storage
The wood will now be protected against rot, decay and woodworm, you can easily maintain your wood by applying another coat every year.
Delivery
All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you.
