Always ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry, and free from any contaminates.

• Seal any new, bare and porous surfaces with an appropriate primer.
• Fill any cracks larger than a hairline with an appropriate filler.
• Any stains will need to covered with an appropriate paint such as Zinsser Cover Stain.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packaging. Test on a small area of the surface to ensure compatibility.

• Stir the paint well before use to ensure a consistent texture and colour.
• Transfer to a roller tray and use a short pile roller with up to a 5mm nap.
• Apply evenly and avoid overspreading.
• Touch in edges and around light fittings with a small brush.
• A second coat can be applied if required, allow to dry overnight.

A. This product is available in matt or silk finish, this means you won't need an additional top coat on this product. The matt is great for modern homes where a lower sheen matt ceiling paint is desired, where as the silk offers a higher sheen which will reflect light more.

Q. Can Polycell Crack Free Ceilings Flexible Paint cover stains?

A. No this product does not cover any stains, we would suggest using Zinsser Cover Stain before applying this product.

Q. What type of roller do I need to use?

A. You will require a short haired 5mm nap roller it is essential that you follow the application instructions with this product to ensure cracks will not reappear.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
