Polycell Polyfilla Deep Gap Filler - 1 Litre

Easily fill deep gaps and holes, up to 20mm, in just one application. Ideal for use on most interior surfaces including plaster, masonry, cement, stone, and wood the sag-resistant formulation makes application a breeze. Once dry it can be sanded to a smooth finish that will accept nails or screws.

Can be used on deeper holes but will need to be built up in layers, allowing to dry between applications

Always ensure the surface to be filled is free from dirt and any contaminates that may effect adhesion.

• Ensure the surface and cracks are free from any loose material.
• Prime nails and screw heads with a suitable metal primer.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tub.

• Stir thoroughly before use to a creamy consistency.
• Press well into the hole with a filling knife, smoothing over.
• Do not overfill and ensure the filler is level with the surface.
• For deeper repairs above 20mm - build up in layers allowing to dry between applications.
• Allow to fully dry, if necessary sand down to a smooth finish.

Q. Will Polycell Polyfilla Deep Gap Filler crack if nailed or drilled into?

A. No Polycell advertises this product to accept nails and screws. Please ensure the mixture has fully cured, sanded smooth and levelled before drilling into the repaired surface.

Q. Will Polycell Polyfilla Deep Gap Filler dry to a smooth finish?

A. Once the product has fully cured it will require sanding to achieve a flat, smooth surface.

Q. Do I need to make the mix for this?

A. No, you do not need to mix this product it can be used straight from the tub. You just need to ensure once finished to properly seal the tub closed otherwise this will dry out the filler.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
