Overview
Osmo Wood Filler is a water-based, quick-drying interior wood filler available in a wide range of colours. An easy-to-use filler that can fill cracks, holes and joints in wood and won’t shrink, sink, crack or fall out. It can be sanded after drying and coated with a finish. Osmo Wood Filler can also be stored indefinitely which means no waste.

Preparation
Always ensure the surface is clean, grease-free, and frost-free.
Application
If staining after application use Osmo Wood Filler natural/clear otherwise match the the colour to the wood.
Spot patching
• Apply Osmo Wood Filler directly from the tub using a plastic or stainless steel putty knife
• If the hole is greater than 6mm, fill by layering in 6mm increments
• Allow to dry for 30 minutes or use a heat gun to speed the process
• Sand surface and remove all dust and debris
• Apply desired finish
Trowel Filling
• Mix Osmo Wood Filler in the tub with warm water, usually around 15% water by weight
• Mix until it has the consistency of toothpaste
• Apply prior to the final sanding
• Use a plastic trowel and work across the grain over the entire floor
• Ensure the is forced deep into voids
• Remove all excess
• Allow to dry for 30 minutes
• Osmo Wood Filler is fully dry if it sands to the consistency of talcum powder
• Sand surface (if grain filling do not use a grit coarser than 120)
• Remove all dust and debris after sanding
• Apply desired finish
Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.

We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you.
