Overview
Osmo Gap Sealer is an acrylic sealer ideal for sealing and filling joints on interior wood, PVC, iron and aluminium joinery. The perfect sealer for your joinery products as it can be sanded after curing and treated with Osmo finishes after only 1 hour. Formulated to be resistant to air conditions and stay elastic to stop cracking or shrinkage.

Preparation
Always ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from any dust or grease.
• No primer is required for non-porous surfaces
• On porous surfaces such as concrete, stone, cement and plaster a primer (a mixture of one part acrylic sealant and 4-5 parts of water) can be applied
Application
Always do a test area to ensure you are happy with the finished product.
• Cut the dome of the tube with a sharp knife, taking care not to damage the thread
• Attach the nozzle, cut the end of the nozzle at an angle and size to suit application
• Application temperature is between 5°C - 40 °C
• Osmo Gap Sealer can be applied to gaps and joints of between 5mm – 25mm
• Immediately after application, smooth sealant with a wet finger or a wet tool
• Excess sealant can be removed with a damp cloth
• The sealant should be left to dry for at least 2 hours
• Product will be cured after 24hours and can be sanded
Note: Always follow the manufacturer instructions found on the tin.
Delivery
All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Faulty Items
If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you. Please contact us to discuss these options. If you find fault after 30 days of purchase you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to offer support with the product.
