Geocel Joiners Mate 5 Minute Wood Adhesive - Clear - 310ml Cartridge

Geocel Joiners Mate Wood Adhesive is a clear Polyurethane adhesive that sets in just 5 minutes. This one-part adhesive is easy to apply, with a standard sealant gun, ideal for both interior and exterior applications, and bonds wood, metal, stone, concrete, brick, masonry, and various plastics. This thixotropic gel offers exceptional bond strength, is weather and seawater proof, and resists most chemicals and acids, making it perfect for vertical joints and versatile use.

Area	Interior & Exterior
Recommended Use	Wood, metal, concrete and various plastics. Unsuitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon or nylon.
Drying Time	Working Time: 5min Press Time: 30min at +15°C up to +20°C & 2hrs at +10°C Full Cure: After 21hrs approx. 90% of ultimate strength
Clean Up	Remove as much product as possible from the equipment before cleaning following manufacturer's recommendations

The surfaces should be clean, free from dust, grease, clean surfaces with Geocel Universal Cleaning Wipes . To achieve maximum bond strength and assist cure, slightly moisten one surface with a damp cloth.

If possible test on a small area before you start to ensure compatibility

One of the surfaces must be porous, abrade non-porous surfaces.

• Remove nozzle and cut the tip of the cartridge taking care not to damage the thread.
• Replace nozzle and cut cleanly at an angle of 45 degrees.
• Apply using a standard sealant gun. Wearing gloves is recommended.
• Apply adhesive evenly to one surface; only apply between 5°C and 30°C. If necessary, cover large surfaces with a fine-toothed spreader.
• Assemble parts IMMEDIATELY and clamp for 5-10mins at 20°C, (longer at lower temperatures). After this time, the joint may be easily handled. Final and full bond strength will be achieved after 30 minutes.

NOTE: The product foams slightly on application to fill small gaps. Any excess foam/adhesive must be removed with acetone before the product sets, or with a sharp chisel once set.

Close properly after use and store in a cool, frost free place. Can be stored approx 12 months when stored in a cool, frost free place. Less once cartridge has been opened

  If placed on a working day before 3pm, the AM Delivery will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday AM (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following AM. All orders have a charge of £12.99 for AM delivery.

• Late Cut-Off: Get an extra hour to place your order for Next Working Day delivery.
  Orders placed on a working day before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £5.99 for Late Cut-Off delivery.

• Saturday Delivery: Get your order on Saturday
  Option available on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Saturday. All orders have a charge of £9.95 for Saturday delivery.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible however screens variations and different surfaces can alter this. Unfortunately in the event you do not like the colour we are unable to accept the product back if they it has been opened.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you. Please get in touch to discuss these options. If you find fault after 30 days of purchase you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to offer support with the product.
