Caparol AkkordRollspachtel is a ready-to-use lightweight filler designed for fast and professional wall & ceiling preparation.

The paste-like surfacer can be applied with a paint roller and smoothed using a trowel or knife. Lightweight, it can be spread out nearly to the base level, levelling surfaces to Q3 or Q4 quality and is easy to sand or felt, ensuring a smooth finish.

AkkordRollspachtel can also be used for repairing textured plasters, glass fabrics, concrete, plasterboards and more.

With excellent adhesion and crack-free drying (when applied in thick layers), it delivers flawless results while being low odour, solvent-free and flame-retardant.

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dirt and grease.

• Apply a suitable priming coat before surfacer application, depending on substrate requirements.
• Roughen glossy, stable existing coatings.

Always test a small area of the surface to be treated to ensure compatibility.

• This product can be applied with a paint roller, stainless smoothing trowel or suitable spray equipment.
• Stir thoroughly before use, then apply either with a standard short pile paint/lambswool roller (13 - 16 mm piles), smoothing trowel or spray equipment and spread evenly. Level the surface directly (in wet condition) with a smoothing trowel or a spreading knife/wiper/squeegee.
• For coating large/seamless surfaces, 2 people are recommended. One craftsman should apply the material and a second craftsman should smooth the surface, wet-on-wet.
• Allow to dry, then pre-wet and use a felt float or sand in dry conditions.
• For optimal application, a temperature of +10 °C is required.

Suitable Spray Equipment: AkkordRollspachtel can be applied with plaster spray equipment or powerful airless equipment. When airless guns are used, all filters must be removed. Nozzle size: 0.035” - 0.045” Pressure: approx. 150 - 180 bar. Spray guns with a higher discharge, recommended by the respective manufacturer, can be used as airless guns for an easier surfacer application.

Subsequent Treatment: Thoroughly dry surfaces, levelled with AkkordRollspachtel, can be primed with Caparol HaftGrund or CapaSol and are then coatable/compatible with all suitable Caparol emulsion and latex paints, Sylitol BioInnenfarbe or Capacryl acrylic enamels, plastic compounds or glass fibre wall coverings and wallpapers. Prime with Putzgrund 610 before applying synthetic (organic) plasters.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
