Barrettine Garden Furniture Oil - 1 Litre

Barrettine Garden Furniture Oil is suitable for all types of outdoor wooden garden furniture. Its natural blend of clear oils and resin treats and enhances unsealed wood, leaving a lovely natural water resistant finish. When used regularly, it will nourish, protect and reduce the greying appearance of weathered wood.

Make sure that the wood is dry, clean and free from repellent coatings such as paint or varnish.

• Remove any fungal growth, dirt or moss from the surface with a suitable cleaner.
• It must be free from surface lacquer or varnish (use fine sanding paper if necessary).
• Apply Garden Furniture Cleaner to remove residues of dirt or grease whilst oily woods may require wiping with white spirit. Allow the surface to thoroughly drybefore applying the oil.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.

• Shake well before use. Keep the container upright at all times.
• Apply product with a clean brush or lint free cloth liberally, wiping off any excess after 10 - 15 minutes and allow to dry.
• 2 coats are recommended to be applied to provide enhanced protection, allowing up to 9 hours between coats.
• To give a superior smooth finish rub down with a very fine stainless steel wire wool between coats in the direction of the grain.
• rotect treated areas from rain, frost etc, until thoroughly dry, typically 24 - 48 hours depending upon ambient conditions.

Precaution: cloths used for oiling garden furniture may spontaneously combust. Immediately after use, soak them in soapy water then lay them flat outside on a non-combustible surface to dry.

Oil garden furniture at least once a year, especially on horizontal surfaces and in highly exposed conditions.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
