Barrettine Danish Oil contains a blend of oils and resin which create an attractive lustre finish to all woods. Ideal for Scandinavian furnishings, doors, panelling, wood turning. An excellent treatment for non food prep surfaces in the kitchen and on non-green oak timbers due to its water repellency. Mainly for indoor use. It can be used externally but recommended only in more sheltered areas.

Make sure that the wood to be oiled is dry, free from dirt and repellant coatings such as wax, paint and varnish. Any existing coatings must be removed and the surface sanded down prior to application. Oily woods require wiping with white spirit before application
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin, always perform a test to ensure compatability.
- Shake the Danish Oil well before use and keep the container upright at all times.
- Ensure that the wood to be treated is dry, free from dirt and repellant coatings such as wax, paint and varnish. Remove and sand down as required.
- Wipe oily woods with White Spirit before applying the oil.
- Apply by brush or lint free cloth. Remove excess oil within 10 - 15 minutes with a lint free cloth.
Precaution: cloths used for oiling may spontaneously combust. Immediately after use, soak them in soapy water then lay them flat outside on a non-combustible surface to dry

Returns
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you.
