Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a water-based primer and sealer formulated for use on interior and exterior surfaces. It can be used in multiple applications, firstly it fully blocks stains including graffiti, grease, spots, tar and asphalt. It primes surfaces and creates a bond coat for surfaces that are usually hard to stick to. It will also prevent rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel. Along with a multitude of applications Bulls Eye 123 offers low odour application, excellent adhesion and is quick drying. It's highly recommended for areas of high humidity such as bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Always ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from any dust, algae, fungi or moss. Also ensure the product is free from excessive chalky material, grime, grease, oil, wax, mould or any contamination that may interfere with adhesion.

• Always wash the surface with a household cleaner, appropriate cleaning solution, or solvent. Clean new galvanised metal with methylated spirit
• Always ensure to remove loose or flaking material
• Sand any remaining paint to a smooth surface
• Sand exterior wood with a 80-100 grit sandpaper
• When sealing a stain always attempt to remove as much of the stain as possible prior to application
• New plaster should be sealed with Zinsser Gardz
• To remove mould, treat area with Zinsser Mould Killer & Remover
• Treat knots and sap streaks with Zinsser B-I-N Primer-Sealer

Before applying stir the product thoroughly and test a small area to ensure colour and adhesion.

• Zinsser Bulls Eye 123 is ready to use and does not require thinning
• Only apply when temperature range is between 10°– 32°C
• Apply one coat with a brush, roller or sprayer
• For best results prime the entire surface
• Allow to dry for a minimum of 1 hour
• Most surface will only require 1 coat however porous surfaces may require two coats to properly seal
• Surface will be fully cured in 7 days

Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.

Q. Can Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 be used to cover stains and can this cover nicotine stained walls?

A. Yes it can cover stains including graffiti, grease, tar, etc. For nicotine stains we would advise using the Zinsser Cover Stain as this can cover smoke and nicotine stains.

Q. Can Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 help stop rust?

A. Yes, Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a rust inhibitor which makes it ideal for use on new metals it also provides rust resistance for the life of the coating.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
