Ronseal Ultimate Protection Hardwood Garden Furniture Stain offers three years protection from sun and water damage. It enhances the natural colour of your wood and comes in a variety of natural colours. Formulated to prevent cracking, peeling and splitting and easy to apply.

Preparation
Always ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from any dust, algae, fungi or moss.
• To clean wood give it a good brush with a stiff brush to remove any dirt, debris or loose wood
• If the wood has been previously stained, painted or varnished, we recommend you strip it back to the bare wood. For previously stained decking use Cuprinol’s Stain Stripper
• If your wood has been effected by algae, fungi or moss this must be removed and can be cleaned with products such as Cuprinol Garden Furniture Cleaner
• Lightly sand the furniture to remove rough splinters we recommend to use a 120 grit sandpaper working in the direction of the grain
• Wipe the garden furniture with white spirit to ensure any excess grease and dust is removed
Application
Stir the stain thoroughly, test a small area to ensure you are happy with colour and finish.
• Thoroughly stir the stain
• Apply with a brush in the direction of the grain
• Allow to dry for 4 hours
• For full protection apply three coats leaving four hours between every coat
• Wait two days to allow the stain to fully dry before using the furniture
Note: Always follow the manufacturer instructions found on the tin.
Aftercare & Storage
Cleaning
To keep your furniture looking good, regularly wipe it down with a damp cloth to prevent a build-up of dirt.
Maintenance
Three coats will protect your furniture for up to three years but if you notice any damage, just apply another coat to protect it.
Delivery
All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you.
