Polycell Trade Polyfilla Decorators Caulk Tube

A trade-formulated decorators caulk for both interior and exterior use for sealing around architrave, skirting boards, cornices, and around window and door frames. This flexible permanent acrylic sealant is ideal for areas that require movement and flexibility. The smooth finish also allows it to be painted without sanding.

Always ensure the surface to be filled is free from dirt and any contaminates that may affect adhesion.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packaging. Test on a small area of the surface to ensure compatibility.

• Remove the nozzle and cut open the top of the knife so that the nozzle can be replaced.
• Once the nozzle is back on the tube cut the nozzle at an angle to the size of aperture you require.
• Using a skeleton gun, apply the caulk to the area required ensuring it makes contact with both sides.
• Leave slightly proud of the surface to allow for shrinkage.
• Wipe off excess material with a damp clean cloth.
• Allow to dry fully before painting.

Note: Do not use on repairs over 20mm wide and 12mm deep or on areas below ground level.

A. This product is formulated to be a flexible sealant for internal and external use, it will not shrink or crack and is ideal for filling gaps between walls and skirting boards or trims.

Q. Will this product once applied, dry smooth?

A. This product will have a smooth finish and no sanding is required.

Q. How much Polycell Trade Polyfilla Decorators Caulk can I apply in one go?

A. Polycell has advised that the area to be filled should be no more than 20mm wide and 12mm deep. If the affected area is large partially fill using the Polyfilla Expanding Foam Filler before using the caulk.

Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £3.99 for express delivery.

• AM Delivery: Get your order by 12pm
  If placed on a working day before 3pm, the AM Delivery will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday AM (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following AM. All orders have a charge of £12.99 for AM delivery.

• Late Cut-Off: Get an extra hour to place your order for Next Working Day delivery.
  Orders placed on a working day before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £5.99 for Late Cut-Off delivery.

• Saturday Delivery: Get your order on Saturday
  Option available on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Saturday. All orders have a charge of £9.95 for Saturday delivery.

Exceptions

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland

We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible however screens variations and different surfaces can alter this. Unfortunately in the event you do not like the colour we are unable to accept the product back if they it has been opened.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you.
