Polycell 3 in 1 Problem Wall Primer - 2.5 Litres

A unique roller applied, white wall and ceiling filler which stabilises and prepares flaky, powdery, or absorbent surfaces, providing a sound foundation for painting. It prepares your walls and ceiling for decorating in just one coat.

Always ensure the surface to be primed is free from dirt and any contaminates that may effect adhesion.

• Ensure to remove any mould by cleaning the area, we recommend Zinsser's Mould Killer & Remover.
• Fill holes and cracks with a suitable filler.
• Distemper paints must be fully removed before use.
• Allow new plaster to fully dry this will usually take up to 7 days depending on temperatures.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packaging. Test on a small area of the surface to ensure compatibility.

• Stir thoroughly prior to application.
• Transfer to a roller tray, and apply using a short pile roller evenly to the surface.
• For best results ensure not to over-apply the product.
• Allow to dry for 2-3 hours before applying your chosen topcoat.

A. No, This is formulated for roller application only.

Q. Will I require a separate stabilising solution with the Polycell Wall Primer?

A. Polycell has formulated this product to seal, stabilize and prepare flaky and absorbent surfaces. You will need to ensure that the area has a sound foundation and ensure the surface is well prepped. Mould will need to be treated, any holes filled, and any distemper paints must be fully removed before use.

Delivery - All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Delivery of Tinted Products - Tinted paints are dispatched in line with our express order process, shown below. However, due to their bespoke nature, please allow up to an additional 5 working days to accommodate any potential courier delays or delivery issues before receiving a refund or replacement.

We strongly suggest customers avoid booking tradespeople until they receive their order. Next Day Paint will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to order processing errors, delivery delays, or other issues that may result in financial loss.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
