Overview
Osmo Wash and Care is a water-soluble cleaning concentrate that’s highly effective at removing dirt and grime whilst nourishing your wood. Specially formulated for oiled and waxed floors, it contains natural oils so your wood doesn’t dry out even with daily cleaning. The highly soluble ingredients prevent streaks and do not form a layer. It’s mild on the skin and free from dyes, solvents and aromas.

Preparation
Always ensure area to be cleaned is free from loose debris, we would recommend sweeping or vacuuming your floors prior to cleaning with Wash and Care.
Application
Always test an area to be cleaned before application to ensure you are happy with the results.
• Add Wash and Care to water, approximately 15ml of Wash and Care per 2 litres water
• Clean the floor with a damp mop, ensure it’s not wet
• Do not over saturate the floor
• Wipe dry immediately
• When applied regularly the surface becomes resistant to dirt and wear
Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.
Machine Wash
• Spread the diluted wash and care solution with a pump sprayer
• Loosen dirt with a single disc machine (white pad)
• Immediately, mop away or remove with a round Osmo Microfibre Pad for machines
Delivery
All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Faulty Items
If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you. Please contact us to discuss these options. If you find fault after 30 days of purchase you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to offer support with the product.
