Overview

Liberon Liming Wax adds a white effect to the grain of hardwood and is ideal for renovating furniture. A white wax that creates a beautiful limed effect on oak and other interior hardwoods. Enhancing the natural beauty of the wood grain and perfect for rustic country, French or coastal inspired interiors.

Preparation

Always ensure the surface to be treated is clean, dry and free from any dust before application.

Open the grain with a liming brush.
On softwoods such as pine, use a wire brush or coarse abrasive paper to score the timber.
If necessary apply wood dye prior to the liming wax, wood can be coloured with Liberon Palette Wood Dye.

Application

Before applying the product test a small area on the surface to be waxed to ensure you are happy with the finished results.

Using Liberon Ultra Fine Steel Wool (0000) or a lint-free cotton cloth.
Work into the woodgrain.
Wipe off excess with a clean cloth.
Allow to dry for 5 minutes.
To finish apply Liberon Wax Polish Black Bison Paste or for a water resistant finish use Liberon Finishing Oil.
Apply further coats of Black Bison Wax or pil to gain a more water resistance and a higher sheen.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.

If placed on a working day before 3pm, the AM Delivery will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday AM (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following AM. All orders have a charge of £12.99 for AM delivery.

Late Cut-Off: Get an extra hour to place your order for Next Working Day delivery.
Orders placed on a working day before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery.
Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £5.99 for Late Cut-Off delivery.

Saturday Delivery: Get your order on Saturday
Option available on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Saturday. All orders have a charge of £9.95 for Saturday delivery.

We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you.
