Geocel Marine Silicone Rubber Sealant is a high-performance, flexible silicone sealant designed specifically for marine applications. Engineered for long-lasting durability, it provides excellent resistance to salt and fresh water, making it ideal for creating watertight seals in harsh marine environments. Its versatility makes it perfect for sealing around hatches and portholes, insulating electrical connectors, securing nuts and bolts against vibration, sealing trunking and pipework, forming in-situ gaskets for water pumps and exhaust systems, and ensuring watertight joints throughout your vessel.

If possible test on a small area before you start to ensure compatibility. Ensure that surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, sound and free from frost, release agents, old sealants and other contaminants which could impair adhesion.

• Cut the tip of the nozzle to the required width at a 45° angle to ensure better control over the sealant flow. The nozzle should be cut according to the width of the joint to allow for precise application. We recommend using the Geocel Cox Skeleton Gun for application.
• Hold the gun at a consistent angle and begin applying the sealant along the joint.
• Ensure that the sealant makes full contact with both sides of the joint as you extrude the material. Draw the cartridge towards you as the sealant is applied for a smooth, even bead.
• Tool the sealant within five minutes of application, before a skin forms on the surface. For best results use Bedec Silicone Profilers
• To smooth the sealant and ensure a good bond with the substrate, use the back of a spoon or a similar smooth-edged tool. Tooling should help the silicone achieve full contact with the joint surfaces.
• Masking tape, if used, should be removed immediately after tooling to ensure clean edges and prevent damage to the sealant.
• After tooling, inspect the sealant to ensure it is properly applied, and that the joint is fully sealed for long-lasting performance.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
