Geocel Frame Silicone 300ml Cartridge

Geocel Frame Silicone is a premium grade, low modulus neutral cure silicone sealant powered by Dow technology. Formulated for external perimeter sealing of door and window frames, it's suitable for PVCu, wood and metal surfaces, offering excellent adhesion across a wide range of substrates. Ensure substrates, gaps and cracks are clean, dry and free from dust, dirt and grease.

• Remove the nozzle and cut off the end of the cartridge.
• Replace the nozzle and cut the tip to the required width.
• Place the cartridge into a cartridge gun and apply the sealant into the substrate, gap or crack to be filled.
• Ensure the sealant makes full contact with the sides and back of the joint.
• Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C for best results.
• This product cannot be overpainted and should not be applied to building materials that bleed oils, plasticisers or solvents.

• The sealant skins over rapidly and cures to a flexible rubber seal.
• Clean up excess, uncured material immediately using white spirit.
• Any cured material can be removed using Geocel Silicone Sealant Remover.
• Avoid contact with the sealed area until fully cured to ensure the best possible finish.

Storage

• Store in unopened original packaging at room temperature.
• Shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures prior to use.

Q. Can Geocel Frame Silicone be painted over?

A. No, this sealant cannot be overpainted, so it's best used where a clear or finished silicone line is acceptable rather than a painted finish.

Q. How long does Geocel Frame Silicone take to cure?

A. It's tack free in around 40 minutes, skins over in about 20 minutes, and cures at a rate of 3mm per 24 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
