• To get the best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry). Remove all loose and defective paint.
• Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.
• Where necessary, wash the surface to remove dirt, grease and powdery or dusty residues. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry. Seal surfaces that remain powdery after thorough preparation with an appropriate plaster sealer. Where necessary, rub down and then wipe off with a damp, lint free cloth to avoid dust.

• STIR THOROUGHLY BEFORE USE. Seal new or bare surfaces with a first coat of Dulux Trade Drywall Primer Sealer. The normal finishing process is 2 or 3 full coats of Dulux Trade Ultra Matt, however for significant colour change additional coats maybe required.
• As with all water-based paints, do not apply at temperatures below 8ºC (as recommended by British Standard BS 6150).
• Thinning not required. 
• For airless spray application, use a 515 or 517 low pressure tip @ 1300-1700 psi.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
