Quick drying Dulux Trade Line Marking Paint can be used on concrete or asphalt surfaces, inside or out. Use it to mark out parking zones or to separate boundaries. Available in yellow or white.

Preparation
For best results, make sure that surfaces to be painted are sound, clean, dry and free from contaminants. It is particularly important that new surfaces are fully dry.
Concrete: Power floated, granolithic and smooth surfaces should be roughened first to provide a good ‘key’ for the paint. This can be done mechanically by ‘abrading’ or blasting. These processes will have the advantage of both preparing the surface and removing dirt and laitance. New concrete must be allowed to cure thoroughly which can take up to 3 months.
Tarmac – Due to the variability of asphalt, newly laid bitumen-based surfaces up to 6 months old must be sealed with a thinned coat of Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt, up to 1 part clean water to 5 parts paint, to prevent bleeding. Applying a test patch is recommended first when using on newly laid bitumen.
Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.
Application
Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.
After surface prep, apply 1 or 2 coats of Dulux Trade Line Marking Paint with a brush or roller only. Do not spray. Do not apply this paint in cold, damp conditions. Must be applied in temperatures exceeding 5 degrees celsius. A single coat at standard thickness is normally touch dry after 30 minutes and resistant to traffic after 2 hours. Recoat after 1 hour.
