Dulux Trade Floorshield Paint- Ash Grey - 5 Litre

Suitable for wood, concrete and steel, Dulux Trade Floorshield in Ash Grey is a hard-wearing, single-pack, solvent-based floor paint with a contemporary mid sheen finish and superb resistance to erosion. Floorshield can withstand scuffing in light to medium traffic areas, mild chemical spillage and repeated washing under normal circumstances. Not suitable for heavy industrial areas.

For best results, ensure surfaces to be painted are sound, clean and dry. It is particularly important that new surfaces are fully dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and wax.

• New or bare porous surfaces must be sealed with a thinned coat of Floorshield.
• Prime all new or bare metal with an appropriate Dulux Trade metal primer.

Please note: Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.

We always recommend to perform a test patch on a small area of the surface to be painted to ensure you are happy with the finished results.

• To seal new or bare surfaces, add up to 1 part white spirit to 10 parts of paint. For normal use, thinning is not usually necessary.
• Apply with a brush or roller only. For Health & Safety reasons relating to all solvent-based paints, do not spray.
• Do not apply in temperatures below 5 degrees celsius, as recommended to British Standard BS 6150.
• Stir thoroughly. Apply 2 full coats of Dulux Trade Floorshield with a brush or roller.
• Note: Do not use in heavy industrial areas, aggressive environments, car showrooms or garage floors that are in prolonged contact with wet tyres or on power float/case hardened concrete or where silicate hardeners have been used, Terrazzo and Granolithic or substrates that have not fully dried out or do not incorporate an effective damp-proof membrane.
• This floor paint is intended for light industrial/ domestic areas. Some concrete floors may take up to 12 months to dry in depth.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer's directions found on the tin.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
