Before applying Coo-Var Prime-All Multi Surface Primer, ensure the surface is properly prepared to achieve the best results:

• All surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, and free from oil, grease, dirt, and other contaminants.
• Use a wire brush or sandpaper to remove any loose or flaking material, rust, or debris.
• Glossy or smooth surfaces should be lightly abraded to improve adhesion.
• Remove all sanding dust with a clean, dry cloth and ensure the surface is dry before priming.

Proper surface preparation is essential for optimal adhesion and long-lasting performance.

• Stir the primer well before use to ensure an even consistency throughout the product.
• Apply using a brush or rollerequipment in even coats.
• Ensure full and consistent coverage across the surface.

Q. How do I apply Prime-All Multi Surface Primer and how long does it take to dry?

A. To apply Coo-Var Prime-All Multi Surface Primer, first clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and loose material. Sand glossy or rough areas to improve adhesion. Stir the primer well and apply evenly using a brush, roller, or spray. Allow to dry before sanding lightly for a smooth finish. Drying times are typically touch dry in 2 hours, hard dry in 4 hours, and fully cured in 3–5 days. In most cases, one coat is sufficient, but a second coat may be needed for heavily stained or porous surfaces.

Delivery - All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Faulty Items
