NDPTrade+ Trade Account - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the NDPTrade+ Trade Account programme operated by Next Day Paint ("we", "us", "our"). By applying for, accessing, or using an NDPTrade+ account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 NDPTrade+ is intended for customers purchasing products for professional or business use.

1.2 Eligible applicants may include, but are not limited to:

• Professional decorators and painters;

• Contractors and building firms;

• Property maintenance companies;

• Commercial and site-based trades; and

• Other businesses purchasing paint and related products in the course of trade.

1.3 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to approve or decline any application without providing a reason.

1.4 Applicants may be required to provide evidence of their trade status, including business details, company registration information, VAT registration numbers, invoices, or other supporting documentation.

2. Application and Approval

2.1 Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the NDPTrade+ programme.

2.2 Most applications are reviewed within one to three working days; however, approval times may vary.

2.3 We may contact applicants to request additional information before making a decision.

2.4 We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate an NDPTrade+ account where inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided.

3. Account Use

3.1 NDPTrade+ accounts are issued solely to the approved business or individual applicant and must not be transferred, sold, or shared with unauthorised third parties.

3.2 Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all activity conducted through their account.

3.3 You agree to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Trade Pricing

4.1 Approved NDPTrade+ members may receive access to exclusive trade pricing on selected products.

4.2 Trade prices are only visible when the account holder is logged into their approved account.

4.3 Trade pricing, discounts, and promotions are confidential and intended solely for the account holder's business use.

4.4 We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or exclude products from trade pricing at any time without prior notice.

4.5 Trade discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, voucher codes, or discount schemes unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Delivery Benefits

5.1 NDPTrade+ members may qualify for free next working day delivery on eligible orders over the minimum threshold advertised on our website.

5.2 Delivery benefits are subject to our prevailing Delivery Policy and any geographical restrictions that may apply.

5.3 While we endeavour to meet all delivery timescales, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.4 We shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, supply chain disruption, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Priority Dispatch

6.1 Eligible NDPTrade+ orders may receive priority processing within our warehouse operations.

6.2 Priority dispatch does not constitute a guarantee of same-day dispatch or next working day delivery.

7. Early Access, Training and Product Trials

7.1 NDPTrade+ members may be offered early access to selected products, promotions, events, training sessions, or product trials.

7.2 Such opportunities are discretionary, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

7.3 Invitations to training events or product trials do not create any entitlement or guarantee of future participation.

8. Orders and Payment

8.1 All purchases made through an NDPTrade+ account remain subject to our standard Terms of Service.

8.2 All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

8.3 Participation in the NDPTrade+ programme does not create a credit account facility.

8.4 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where fraud, misuse, pricing errors, or stock issues are suspected.

9. Returns and Damages

9.1 Returns, refunds, damaged goods, and defective products are governed by our applicable Returns, Refund, and Damages policies.

9.2 Custom-tinted or colour-mixed products may not be eligible for return except where defective or supplied incorrectly.

9.3 Any delivery damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, together with supporting photographs where requested.

10. Programme Changes

10.1 We may amend, suspend, or discontinue the NDPTrade+ programme, or any of its benefits, at any time.

10.2 Changes may be communicated through our website or by email.

10.3 Continued use of the account following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 You may request closure of your NDPTrade+ account at any time. Please contact our customer service.

11.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately where:

• these Terms are breached;

• the account is misused;

• fraudulent activity is suspected; or

• continued participation is considered detrimental to our business interests.

11.3 Termination of membership shall not affect any rights or obligations arising prior to termination.

12. Account Inactivity

12.1 Where an NDPTrade+ account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, we reserve the right to remove the account from the NDPTrade+ programme and downgrade it to a standard customer account.

For the purposes of this clause, an account will generally be considered "inactive" where no qualifying purchases have been made through the account during the preceding twelve (12) month period.

Downgrading an account under this clause will result in the loss of access to NDPTrade+ benefits, including trade pricing and any other trade-exclusive offers or services. The account holder may apply for a new NDPTrade+ account at any time in the future, and any such application will be subject to our standard eligibility and approval process in force at that time.

13. Privacy

13.1 Personal information submitted as part of the application process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13.2 We may use your contact details to administer your account and communicate information relating to NDPTrade+, including programme updates and relevant trade offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, you will stop receiving programme updates regarding your account, such as changes in status.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
