Restore damaged, rotten and decayed timber with Timbabuild EHB60 Professional Epoxy Wood Filler, a high-strength two-part epoxy repair system designed for professional wood restoration. Ideal for large repairs, this solvent-free wood filler permanently rebuilds timber without shrinking, making it perfect for restoring windows, doors, fascias, soffits, beams, gutters and other structural timber.
Formulated with a thixotropic, non-slump consistency, EHB60 is suitable for both vertical and horizontal repairs, allowing you to rebuild missing sections of wood with confidence. Once cured, it can be sanded, machined, drilled and accepts screws and nails, making it an excellent alternative to timber replacement.
Designed for use with the Timbabuild EWS Epoxy Wood Stabiliser, the system strengthens weakened timber before repair, helping to prevent further decay while creating an exceptionally strong bond. EHB60 is ready to paint in as little as four hours (at 20–35°C), reducing downtime on repairs.
Whether you're carrying out joinery repairs, heritage restoration or exterior timber maintenance, Timbabuild EHB60 delivers a durable, long-lasting repair suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

- Remove all rotten, loose and decayed timber until only sound wood remains.
- Sand the repair area lightly to provide a clean, solid surface.
- Ensure the timber moisture content is 18% or below before application.
- If required, allow damp timber to dry naturally or use a hot air gun.
- Mix and apply Timbabuild EWS Epoxy Wood Stabiliser according to its instructions.
- Allow the primer to penetrate for approximately 20 minutes before applying EHB60 while the primer remains wet.
- Fit the cartridge into the Timbabuild extrusion gun with the label facing upwards.
- Before first use, dispense approximately 10ml of material and discard.
- Dispense equal amounts of both components onto a clean mixing board.
- Mix thoroughly until a completely uniform, streak-free colour is achieved.
- Apply a thin layer into the repair first to eliminate trapped air.
- Build up the repair, leaving the filler slightly proud of the surface.
- Smooth with a filling knife or flexible spatula.
- For large repairs, a flexible plastic sheet can be used as a temporary mould to create a smooth finish.
- Once cured (approximately 4 hours at 20–35°C), sand, shape, drill or paint as required.
