Benjamin Moore Aura Interior Paint is a premium paint designed with the exclusive Colour Lock technology, that protects paint colours from fading and rubbing off - even after repeated washing, ensuring colours remain vibrant and rich over time. Designed for interiors, Aura Paint is a great option for projects using dark, vibrant colours or when undertaking a strong colour change as it is highly pigmented and delivers unparalleled colour depth and richness with excellent hiding power. Tinted Colour Information

Tinted paint is custom mixed in house at Next Day Paint using our Benjamin Moore tinting machine. We mix the paint on site, which means we can offer our usual fast delivery with no extra delay. Tinted Colour Match paints can't be cancelled or returned as they are tinted to order.

Clean Up	Remove as much product as possible from the equipment before cleaning with water

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt, dust, grease, oil, soap, wax, scaling paint, water soluble materials, and mildew.

• Remove any peeling or scaling paint and sand these areas to feather edges smooth with adjacent surfaces. Glossy areas should be dulled. Drywall surfaces must be free of sanding dust.
• New plaster or masonry surfaces must be allowed to cure (30 days) before applying base coat. Cured plaster should be hard, have a slight sheen and maximum pH of 10; soft, porous or powdery plaster indicates improper cure. Never sand a plaster surface; knife off any protrusions and prime plaster before and after applying patching compound.
• Poured or pre-cast concrete with a very smooth surface should be etched or abraded to promote adhesion after removing all form release agents and curing compounds.
• Remove any powder or loose particles before priming.
• Difficult Substrates: Benjamin Moore offers a variety of speciality primers for use over difficult substrates such as plaster, bleeding woods, grease stains, crayon markings, hard glossy surfaces, galvanised metal or other substrates where paint adhesion or stain suppression is a particular problem. Always test a small area of the surface to be painted to ensure you are happy with the finished results

• Stir thoroughly before and during use
• Apply one or two coats
• Aura is self‐priming on most properly prepared surfaces. While the high quality of Benjamin Moore products sometimes makes one‐coat coverage achievable, Benjamin Moore recommends two coats to achieve full colour development and to optimise performance. On bare substrates, two coats are recommended; previously painted surfaces can be finished with 1 or 2 coats.
• For best results, use a premium Benjamin Moore custom-blended nylon/polyester brush, premium Benjamin Moore roller, or a similar product
• Apply paint generously from unpainted area into wet area
• This product can also be sprayed. Spray, Airless: Pressure / 1,000 – 2,000 PSI Tip / 0.013 – 0.017
• Thinning: Conditioning with Benjamin Moore Paint Extender may be necessary under certain conditions to adjust open time or spray characteristics. Add 518 Extender or water - Max of 236 mL to a can of 3.79 L. Never add other paints or solvents.

Note: Certain custom colours may require a Deep Base Primer tinted to a special prescription formula to achieve the desired colour.

Delivery - All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Delivery of Tinted Products - Tinted paints are dispatched in line with our express order process, shown below. However, due to their bespoke nature, please allow up to an additional 5 working days to accommodate any potential courier delays or delivery issues before receiving a refund or replacement.

We strongly suggest customers avoid booking tradespeople until they receive their order. Next Day Paint will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to order processing errors, delivery delays, or other issues that may result in financial loss.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

For non-tinted products, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, at your own expense.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
