Always ensure the surface to be sprayed is free from dirt, dust grease, and any loose or flaking paint.

• Sand any previously painted surfaces to create a key
• Bare metal, plastic, or wood should be primed with an appropriate primer
• Cover surrounding area to protect from overspray

Always ensure to test an area prior to application to ensure you are happy with the finished colour.

• Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle
• Hold can approx 30cm from the surface to be sprayed
• Spray in a steady back and forth motion slightly overlapping with each stroke
• For the best finish apply several light coats

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

If we have sent you a different item from what you ordered, we will be happy to organise an exchange for the correct goods at no extra charge to yourself, please get in touch to organise this.

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
