Dulux Non Drip Gloss Paint - Black

Dulux Non Drip Gloss in Black is a solvent based paint that has excellent opacity and provides long-lasting protection to interior and exterior wood and metal, including radiators. It's particularly easy to use and has a Non Drip formula, plus you don't need to apply an undercoat, as it's self undercoating. Once applied, this robust paint is wipeable and hardwearing.

Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from dirt and grease.

• If you're painting a a bare surface, apply the appropriate Dulux Primer
• Treat any knots in wood with a suitable knotting solution
• If the surface is damaged, repair first. Fill any cracks or holes in wood with an appropriate filler
• When painting radiators, make sure that they are cold

Colours on screen can vary, so we strongly recommend that you test a small area first to ensure that you're happy with the colour and finish

• Ensure that the room is well ventilated.
• Apply 1 - 2 coats with a clean, good quality brush.
• Leave 16 hours between coats.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer instructions found on the tin.

Store paint in dry conditions and protect from extreme temperatures.

Q. Can Dulux Retail Non Drip Gloss Paint be painted over previously glossed surfaces?

A. Yes. You will need to ensure that the surface is well sanded to help the paint adhere as gloss paint is designed to repel to make it easier to clean and can be tricky to apply paint directly. If left un-sanded the paint will peel.

Q. Can I use white spirit to clean my brush / rollers after using Dulux Retail Non Drip Gloss Paint?

A. Only clean your brushes with hot soapy water due to the paint being water based this will affect the formulation of the paint if any residue of solvent is left on the brush or roller.

Q. What type of roller attachment is best for Dulux Retail Non Drip Gloss Paint?

A. We advise for gloss and semi-gloss paints to use short-nap rollers because this generates fewer bubbles when you're rolling out the paint.

We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
