1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Next Day Paint ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  
  

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway runs continuously throughout the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December.
  
• All eligible entries received during this period will be entered into the annual prize draw.
  
• Entries received after 31 December will automatically be entered into the following year's giveaway.
  
• Next Day Paint reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the giveaway at any time.
  

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Purchase and use products supplied by Next Day Paint.
• Share their completed painting or decorating project on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
• Tag or mention @NextDayPaint (or the official Next Day Paint account for the platform used) in the post so that the entry can be identified.
• Ensure their social media post and account are publicly viewable at the time of the annual prize draw so that Next Day Paint can verify the entry.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry features different content and is submitted as a separate social media post.

5. Prize

• One winner will be selected each calendar year to receive a £500 Next Day Paint voucher.
  
• The voucher is redeemable exclusively on www.nextdaypaint.co.uk.
  
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  
• The £500 Next Day Paint voucher must be redeemed within 3 months of the date of issue. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be extended, refunded or exchanged for cash.
  
  

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random after the giveaway closes on 31 December each year from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
  
• The draw will be conducted fairly using a random selection process.
  
• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter the giveaway within 7 days of the prize draw.
  
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Next Day Paint reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  
  

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that, if selected as the winner, Next Day Paint may use their name, social media handle and submitted project images across its website, social media channels and marketing materials without additional compensation.

9. Content Requirements

Entries must:

• Be the entrant's own original content.
  
• Not infringe the rights of any third party.
  
• Not contain offensive, defamatory or inappropriate material.
  

Next Day Paint reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

10. Social Media

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. By participating, entrants release these platforms from any responsibility in relation to the promotion.

11. General

• Next Day Paint reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
  
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
