FrogTape® for Gloss & Satin surfaces creates crisp, clean lines on your interior painting projects. Its made with exclusive PaintBlock® Technology, a super-absorbent polymer that reacts with predominantly water and oil based paints and instantly gels to form a micro-barrier that seals the edges of the tape to prevent paint bleed. This results in a crisp, professional paint line. Ideal for use on cured painted surfaces, glass, carpet, and stone.

Surfaces to which tape is applied should be clean, dry and free of grease, oil or other contaminats.

Once you’ve cleaned and dried your painting surface and masked the area, make sure to eliminate any gaps along the tape edge that may occur due to light texture, bumps on the surface or uneven application. After painting, remove the tape slowly at a 45-degree angle while the paint is still wet.

Top Tip: Before you paint, run a damp cloth over your FrogTape® for Gloss & Satin paint to give an additional seal, particularly when using Oil bases glosses.

Tape should be stored in its original packaging in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and should be used within 12 months.

Q. When should I use Frog Tape Gloss and Satin Painters Tape?

A. This type of FrogTape® is designed to be used on glossy or satin surfaces which are surfaces that have a slight sheen. It has a special adhesive that helps prevent paint bleed and leaves clean lines when the tape is removed without damaging the underlying surface.

Q. Why has the paint been damaged when I removed the tape?

A. When using FrogTape or any painter's tape, it's important to properly apply and remove the tape to achieve the best results. Make sure to clean and dry the surface before applying the tape, and press it firmly to ensure good adhesion. When removing the tape, it's recommended to do so while the paint is still slightly wet to prevent the tape from pulling off any dried paint or leaving behind residue.

Delivery

All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £3.99 for express delivery.

You can now choose some special delivery options. 

• AM Delivery: Get your order by 12pm
  If placed on a working day before 3pm, the AM Delivery will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday AM (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following AM. All orders have a charge of £12.99 for AM delivery.

• Late Cut-Off: Get an extra hour to place your order for Next Working Day delivery.
  Orders placed on a working day before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £5.99 for Late Cut-Off delivery.

• Saturday Delivery: Get your order on Saturday
  Option available on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Saturday. All orders have a charge of £9.95 for Saturday delivery.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland

Returns

We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging.

We always recommend getting samples or contacting us for free of charge colourcharts. We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible however screens variations and different surfaces can alter this. Unfortunately in the event you do not like the colour we are unable to accept the product back if they it has been opened.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you. Please get in touch to discuss these options. If you find fault after 30 days of purchase you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to offer support with the product.
