Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt is a luxurious water-based emulsion paint made with the finest quality pigments which create superb depth of colour. The specially blended clays make the paint very easy to apply and the finish soft to the touch. The Dulux Heritage colour palette has been carefully selected, by taking inspiration from the most beautiful periods in the history of British design.

| Clean Up | Remove as much paint as possible from the equipment before cleaning with water |
To get the best results, ensure the surfaces to be painted are sound, clean, and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry).
- Remove all loose and defective paint to create a sound surface
- Where necessary wash the surface to remove dirt, grease, and powdery or dusty residue, rinse with clean water and allow to dry
- Seal any powdery surfaces with an appropriate plaster sealer
- Any holes, cracks, or surface defects should be filled with an appropriate filler
- Seal new or bare surfaces with a thinned first coat, if using Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt add 10% water
- Where necessary, rub down and then wipe off with a damp, lint-free cloth to avoid dust
We recommend performing a test to ensure you are happy with the finish and colour.
- Do not apply in temperatures below 7°C, (as recommended by British Standard BS 6150)
- For best results use a good quality short pile microfibre roller when applying to walls and ceilings
- Apply 2 coats allowing the paint to dry between coats
- It is not recommended to spray this product

Q. Is Dulux Heritage Velvet Matt Washable?
A. Even with a lovely matt, velvety finish this paint is tough and durable and can be washed to keep your walls looking fresher for longer.
Q. Is velvet paint good for walls?
A. This paint has been specially formulated for walls and the durable formulation means it is very versatile for use throughout the home. It is not recommended for bathrooms and kitchens which require a high level of stain resistance.
Q. What is Dulux Heritage?
A. A specially collated palette of colours created with timeless luxury in mind. Selected from a range of eras developed in consultation with world-renowned colour Historians. There are some popular tones within the range including Sage Green, Midnight Teal and DH Oxford Blue.
Delivery
All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £3.99 for express delivery.
