Sandtex® 15 Year Microseal Smooth Masonry paint Tester Pots are an ideal way to test out the colour before you purchase the paint with the full colour range available in he handy 150ml size. There are also great for small jobs and projects where only a small amount of paint is needed.
Sandtex® Microseal® Smooth Masonry Paint is a highly durable multi surface finish for rendering, pebbledash, breeze block, concrete block, roughcast and facing brick walls. One of the leading masonry paints on the market it offers a breathable, tough finish that protects your walls over an extended period against mould and algae growth. It's microporous and provides sealing attributes that protect the coating against water ingress, allowing the surface to breathe whilst protecting the surface from water penetration.

All surfaces must be sound, clean, dry and free from anything that will interfere with the adhesion of the paint. New surfaces usually require little preparation, but must be completely dried out before painting.
- Remove any fungal or mould growth with Sandtex Trade Fungicidal Wash and rinse thoroughly.
- Remove any loose or flaking material with a stiff bristle brush or scraper.
- Treat chalky and porous surfaces with Sandtex Stabilising Solution to help adhesion.
- Fill any gaps or cracks with Sandtex Ready Mixed Filler.
Always ensure to perform a test patch prior to applying the paint to ensure you are happy with the finished results. Ensure to properly prepare surfaces prior to application.
- Do not apply when there is a risk of rain, frost or if the temperature will fall below 8°C during application and drying period.
- Stir well before use and apply using a brush, exterior roller or airless sprayer.
- Apply 2 coats allowing 3-4 hours between coats.
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.
Q. Will Sandtex 15 Year Microseal Smooth Masonry last long?
A. As the name suggests, this paint offers a 15-year protective barrier against the elements. It is formulated to withstand harsh weather conditions, including rain, snow, and UV exposure. The Microseal technology creates a breathable yet durable coating that helps prevent water penetration and cracking.
Q. Are the tester pots the same as the paint?
A. The 150ml tester pots are the exact same paints as the larger tins and will give you the same level of durability and dirt resistance. Always bare in mind colours can change slightly from one batch to another.
Delivery - All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery of Tinted Products - Tinted paints are dispatched in line with our express order process, shown below. However, due to their bespoke nature, please allow up to an additional 5 working days to accommodate any potential courier delays or delivery issues before receiving a refund or replacement.
We strongly suggest customers avoid booking tradespeople until they receive their order. Next Day Paint will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to order processing errors, delivery delays, or other issues that may result in financial loss.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. Please note return for unwanted item is at your own expense.

All tinted paint purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're unsure about your selection, please refer to the product listing or contact us for guidance before ordering. Once mixed, tinted paints cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of delivery delays or changes in circumstances.
While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.
We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Faulty Items
