Polycell Trade Polyfilla Deep Hole Filler - 1Kg

A two-part filler specially formulated to fill holes up to 50mm on both interior and exterior masonry & plaster. It will not shrink, sag or slump and will create a smooth easy-to-sand finish that can accept nails and screws.

Always ensure the surface to be filled is free from dirt and any contaminates that may affect adhesion.

• Ensure the surface and cracks are free from any loose material.
• Touch in nails and screwheads with an oil-based paint.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packaging. Test on a small area of the surface to ensure compatibility.

• Remove inner part B from the main container Part A, and mix equal amounts of both parts on a flat surface.
• Thoroughy mix into a smooth even coloured paste.
• Do not mix more product than can be applied as the mixture is only workable for 10-15 minutes.
• Firmly press the filler into the area to be repaired with a filling knife.
• Finish off by smoothing with a wet knife and leave to set.
• Allow to fully dry before sanding.

Note: This must be overpainted when used outside.

Q. How deep can Polycell Trade Polyfilla Deep Hole Filler fill?

A. This Polycell Filler can fill hoes up to 50mm deep in one application, for deeper cracks and holes fill in several layers allowing each layer to dry before the next one is applied.

Q. Is this pre mixed and ready to use?

A. No, this comes in a 2 part system it is advised not prepare more than can be applied in 5-10 minutes, as this is the working life of the product. Any mixed filler left after this time period will become difficult to work with as it will begin to cure.

Delivery - All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. We recommend ordering samples or colour charts before purchasing. While we strive to represent colours accurately, screen settings and surface types can affect appearance. Opened tins cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction with colour.

Incorrect Item

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. All returns are tested, and if no fault is found, no refund will be issued you'll have the option to have the item returned. For faults discovered after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further support.
