Particular attention should be given to preparation of these surfaces.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003eKnot and resin staining: Discolouration may occur over knots and resinous areas, especially when using light colours, due to temperature and humidity changes.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003ePrime all new bare wood as early as possible during construction and spot-prime bare areas on previously painted wood with Valtti Base or Valtti Akvabase Priming Oil.
