Overview

Osmo Post Fix is a fast-setting polyurethane foam designed specifically for supporting and back filling wooden, PVC, and steel in-ground posts. It’s easy to apply and will waterproof and protect posts whilst having a stronghold. There’s no time wasted loading and unloading heavy concrete bags and Osmo Post Fix sets in as little as 5 minutes. It is a two-component, pre-proportioned system that expands to fill the peripheral void between a post and the hole.

Preparation

Ensure that there is no standing water in the hole before pouring Osmo Post Fix adhesive.


Application

Osmo Post Mix is not recommended for holes larger than 250mm. Please be aware in high temperatures Post Mix will react quickly, do not over mix.


• The bottle must be acclimatised at 22˚C - 25˚C for at least 2 hours

• Pour component B into component A and shake well for 20 seconds

• Pour mixed material into the hole before expansion starts, never allow the foam to start to expand inside the bottle

• Support the post without moving during the curing process


Note: Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin.


Delivery

All orders placed on a working day before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Return postage will be at your own cost. We always advise you send parcels with a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any loses/damages in transit. We recommend using a courier site such as Parcel Monkey. Once goods are received they will be checked and processed within 3-5 days and you will receive a notification of refund.

We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible however screens variations and different surfaces can alter this. Unfortunately in the event you do not like the colour we are unable to accept the product back if they it has been opened.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault with your product, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days. We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you. Please contact us to discuss these options. If you find fault after 30 days of purchase you may wish to contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to offer support with the product.
