Stir well before application, avoiding excessive shaking to minimise the formation of air bubbles.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eBonding primer \u0026amp; metal substrates:\u003c\/h2\u003e Apply 1–2 coats for exterior use. Lightly sanding the surface can help improve adhesion.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eWood:\u003c\/h2\u003e Sand in the direction of the grain, clean thoroughly, remove any resins or resin secretions and smooth sharp edges. Apply 1–2 coats depending on absorption, sanding between coats if a finer finish is required.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eMDF:\u003c\/h2\u003e Apply 2 coats, sanding lightly between coats.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eStains:\u003c\/h2\u003e Apply 1 coat to the affected area to help seal the stain. A second coat can be applied for more stubborn stains.
