Barrettine Log Cabin and Complete Decking Treatment has been specifically formulated to oil and protect cabins, decking boards, deck tiles, and balustrades made from pre-treated, pressure treated or preservative impregnated timbers. This decking treatment will also give a superior finish to sheds, fences and huts. Not recommended for use over timber that has been previously coated with paints, varnishes or conventional wood stains

Make sure that the wood is dry, clean and free from repellent coatings such as paint or varnish.

• Sand down to remove any repellent coatings.
• Highly resinous timbers and some hardwoods may affect final results and performance, so test before use.
• Do not apply if the ambient temperature is under 5 Celsius, in damp conditions or when rain is likely within 24 hours of application.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the tin. Test on an inconspicuous area to ensure you are happy with the finished results.

• Keep upright at all times and shake / stir well before and during application.
• Decant into paint kettle and apply an even coat of Barrettine Log Cabin and Complete Decking Treatment to all external surfaces to ensure optimum performance.
• For best results, apply to all external sides of log cabins and decking before construction, brushing in the direction of the wood grain.
• Usually, one coat applied generously with a wide bristle brush is enough, however if you require a second coat, apply it after 12-24 hours.
• Barrettine Log Cabin & Decking Treatment may be applied by synthetic roller or sprayer, however always back brush to ensure even coverage.
• Decking boards - leave for 24-48 hours or until dry before subjecting to heavy footfall traffic. Recoat as and when needed.

  Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday AM (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery on the following AM. All orders have a charge of £12.99 for AM delivery.

• Late Cut-Off: Get an extra hour to place your order for Next Working Day delivery.
  Orders placed on a working day before 4pm will be dispatched on the same day for Next Working Day delivery. 
  Orders placed before 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders have a charge of £5.99 for Late Cut-Off delivery.

• Saturday Delivery: Get your order on Saturday
  Option available on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday before 3pm will be delivered on Saturday. All orders have a charge of £9.95 for Saturday delivery.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland

We test every product that is returned to us, sadly if a product is found to have no fault we cannot refund this and the you will be given the option to have this returned to you.
